Initial Assessment
Initial appointments are 60 minutes. This consists of a comprehensive diagnostic evaluation, including feedback about diagnosis and treatment options.
Follow-Up Sessions
Follow-up sessions are 45 minutes. Frequency of our sessions will be decided together as part of our initial treatment planning. I typically meet with people weekly or biweekly.
In the case of a medical or psychiatric emergency, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. The 988, National Suicide Prevention Hotline, and website provide 24/7, free and confidential support for people in distress, prevention, and crisis resources.
